These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of greenlabgear.com and any purchases made through our website or showroom. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About GreenLabGear

GreenLabGear sells laboratory, extraction, and industrial processing equipment. We do not sell cannabis, cannabis products, or controlled substances. All equipment is sold for legal use in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is error-free
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity

Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH/bank transfers.
• For orders over $5,000, financing may be available through our lending partner.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over $500
• In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days from our San Bernardino, CA warehouse
• Made-to-order items have production lead times of 2–4 weeks, plus shipping time
• Heavy and oversized equipment ships via freight carrier (LTL freight). Delivery is to loading dock or curbside.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• California showroom pickup is available at no additional charge

Returns and Refunds

• Unused and unopened equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Made-to-order items may be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement for a full refund
• Defective equipment will be replaced or refunded at our expense
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return

Warranty

All equipment carries a manufacturer warranty of 1 year covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect voltage, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear items. GreenLabGear passes through the manufacturer's warranty and assists with warranty claims.

Equipment Use and Compliance

By purchasing equipment from GreenLabGear, you acknowledge and agree:

• You will use all equipment in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• You are responsible for obtaining any required licenses or permits for the operation of purchased equipment
• GreenLabGear is not responsible for verifying your licensing status or the legality of your intended use
• You will follow all manufacturer guidelines for installation, operation, and maintenance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenLabGear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or property damage.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on greenlabgear.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of GreenLabGear or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
