You may return unused and unopened equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Equipment must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For heavy equipment, this may include freight shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
If you receive defective equipment, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@greenlabgear.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will:

Made-to-order and custom-configured equipment is non-returnable once production has begun. You may cancel a made-to-order item within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee based on production status.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
